of the Limited Partners of the ATVF are corporations looking

$5 million is now fully invested. ATVF, our current seed and
early stage fund was formed in 2000. ATVF invests in seed
and start-up companies that are building the new economy.
The fund is capitalized at $20 million and expects to invest
$.1-1 million in each company over its private life.
